Over the coming weeks and months, we will be focussing on seeking your feedback with a view to making changes to further enhance the service we offer to you.
To signify our commitment, we will be renaming our current Customer Service Department to the Namesco ‘Customer Care Team’ and to underpin this new identity, we will be sharing our ‘Care Values’ with you soon. These are commitments we will make in all our dealings with you e.g. always giving the best advice, being upfront and honest and so on.
