In a recent independent study conducted by the consumer price comparison site Moneysupermarket.com Namesco was named as one of the top 4 ISPs for service overall scoring 9 out of 10 marks for Customer Service, Technical Support, speed, billing and reliability!
Moneysupermarket’s poll asked the opinions of over 4500 consumers, and concluded that many of the large marketing driven ISPs have been unable to cope with demand for their “free packages” which has negatively affected service levels. As a result, the survey found that broadband users enjoy a better experience with smaller specialist providers such as Namesco.
We have received many positive recognitions of our service levels including winning the 2006 “Best Buy” and “Customer Satisfaction” awards as voted for by readers of PC Advisor. We were also finalists in 4 categories at the 2007 Internet Service Providers Awards.
