Extended Tel. Support

Namesco Limited is pleased to inform you that following the doubling in size of our Support Department, We have now extended the opening hours of our Support Line by an extra 2 hours per day.

This is in-line with our ongoing expansion plans and efforts to further improve upon our customer service and support. Part of those plans for the future is to introduce telephone support outside of normal office hours which we are sure will be very helpful to some of our customers. We will keep you posted.

Also, if you have had reason to call or e-mail us in the last few months, hopefully you will have found that we are responding faster to e-mail enquiries and taking your calls far quicker with the introduction of new administrative staff and streamlined e-mail tracking systems.

Please note that your new online Control Panel (available to every customer) has a growing number of visual tutorials, help files, downloads and utilities to help you get the best results from the services we provide.

To access your Control panel, simply go to www.names.co.uk and click on the control panel link at the top of the screen. Enter your e-mail address (the same one we have sent this e-mail to) and your password. If you have forgotten your password, simply click ‘Password Reminder’.
